§ 1 General Information

The Administrator informs that correspondence may be stored for statistical purposes, to improve the Service System in the area of GDPR, for handling complaints, and for possible administrative decisions in submitted cases. This data will not be used for other communication purposes, especially marketing, nor will it be shared with third parties.

  4. If you contact us to take specific actions, the Administrator may request additional personal data (e.g. name, surname, email address, residential address) to confirm your identity and enable the handling of your case. Providing this data is voluntary but may be necessary to perform the requested action or provide a response.

  5. If you consent to the use of cookies, data collected based on your online activity may also be processed by our trusted partners.

§ 3 Acquisition and Purpose of Data Processing

  3. We guarantee that your data is processed confidentially, securely, only to the necessary extent, in accordance with the law, and in a reliable and transparent manner. We use appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure its security. Data is stored no longer than necessary to achieve the specified purposes.

  4. The Administrator obtains personal data through:

    • voluntary subscription to the newsletter;

    • data voluntarily entered in contact forms or emails;

    • requests for telephone conversations;

    • posting opinions;

    • submitting complaints, applications, inquiries, or other correspondence;

    • cooperation applications;

    • the use of cookies, pixels, and other internet technologies.

  1. Email contact: Data provided in emails (email address and other data in the content) is processed based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. After the contact is completed, data is archived (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) for up to 5 years. You have the right to review correspondence history or request its deletion.

  2. Opinions: Data provided in opinion forms is processed for posting and handling opinions—pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Data is stored until the opinion is deleted or consent is withdrawn.

§ 4 Categories of Personal Data

The Administrator may process:

  • Personal data provided in forms (e.g. name, surname, email address, telephone number, residential address, bank account number);

  • Data obtained as a result of online activity (cookies, pixels, tracking technologies).

§ 5 Recipients of Personal Data

  1. Data may be processed by partners and subcontractors who provide technical, marketing, legal, or accounting services to us, ensuring appropriate security in accordance with the GDPR.

  2. The Administrator may transfer data to:

    • state authorities, in accordance with the law;

    • entities supporting service provision;

§ 6 Archiving of Personal Data

  1. Data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this policy and to meet legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

    • Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised;

    • Data from forms: 3 years;

    • Data from opinions: until consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised;

    • Cookies: until files are deleted or an objection is raised;

    • Data from complaint proceedings: 6 years;

    • Other data: 5 years.

  3. Data may be stored longer to fulfill legal obligations or for defense against claims (in accordance with limitation periods specified, for example, in the Civil Code).

  4. The final storage period depends on the purpose and nature of the data.

§ 7 Users’ Rights

Pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to:

  • obtain information about processing (purposes, categories of data, recipients, storage period, rights, data source, data transfer outside the EU);

  • obtain a copy of your data;

  • rectify data (Art. 16 GDPR);

  • delete data (Art. 17 GDPR);

  • object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR);

  • transfer data (Art. 20 GDPR).

    • changes to applicable law, including GDPR, telecommunications law, electronic service regulations, and consumer rights regulations, to the extent that they affect the rights and obligations of the Administrator or data subjects;

    • development of website functionalities or electronic services resulting from technological progress, including the implementation of new technical, technological, or IT solutions that may affect the content of this Privacy Policy.

  3. The Administrator will inform users in advance about any changes to the Privacy Policy, e.g., by posting the updated text on the website.
